The two bedroom ground floor house is built right next to the complex and is a detached house that is also suitable for guests with restricted mobility and accommodates 4+1 guests.

The main entrance opens to the living room with a corner sofa that can be used also as a single bed and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The small hallway to the right of the house leads to two bedrooms. One bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds that can joined into one king sized bed. There is also a bathroom with shower whereas both bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer flat screen TVs.

The house has a furnished patio at the front.
